Shipping & Processing Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST).

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.

We strive to process and ship orders the same day they are placed; however, please allow 1–2 business days for processing on fragrance samples and decants. Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

New, manufacturer-packaged bottles require additional handling and quality checks. Please allow 4–5 business days for processing before shipment. But some products only take 1-2 days for Processing.

Please note that holidays, promotional events, or sales may result in extended processing and shipping times.

Occasionally, an item may become backordered or temporarily out of stock due to high order volume or inventory updates. In these cases, shipment of the affected item—or the entire order—may be delayed. Customers will be notified in advance if this occurs.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on new, manufacturer-packaged products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Fragrance samples and decants are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging every order, shipping carriers can occasionally be rough on packages. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the details of the issue and include clear photos of the item as it arrived.

Replacements will be issued only after the damage has been verified.

Clear and accurate photos are required in order to process a replacement.
