We strive to process and ship orders the same day they are placed, however please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Each sample is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure quality upon arrival. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Occasionally, an item may become backordered or temporarily out of stock due to high order volume and inventory updates. If this occurs, the shipment of the affected item—or the entire order—may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you in advance to keep you informed.
We do not accept returns on fragrance samples or decants.
All niche and designer fragrance samples sold by AromaFlare are 100% guaranteed authentic, hand-decanted directly from the original manufacturer’s bottle. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot guarantee items once they have been opened or used. For this reason, all sample and decant sales are final.
New, manufacturer-packaged products (factory-sealed and unopened) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
While we take great care in packaging every order, shipping carriers can occasionally be rough on packages. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the details of the issue and include clear photos of the item as it arrived.
Replacements will be issued only after the damage has been verified.
Clear and accurate photos are required in order to process a replacement.
