Shipping & Processing Policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST).
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
We strive to process and ship orders the same day they are placed; however, please allow 1–2 business days for processing on fragrance samples and decants. Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
New, manufacturer-packaged bottles require additional handling and quality checks. Please allow 4–5 business days for processing before shipment. But some products only take 1-2 days for Processing.
Please note that holidays, promotional events, or sales may result in extended processing and shipping times.
Occasionally, an item may become backordered or temporarily out of stock due to high order volume or inventory updates. In these cases, shipment of the affected item—or the entire order—may be delayed. Customers will be notified in advance if this occurs.
