Shipping & Processing Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST) and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST). Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Federal Holidays.

All orders—including fragrance samples, decants, and full-size retail bottles—are processed within 1–2 business days. We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Every order is shipped directly from the AromaFlare warehouse and is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment and does not include carrier transit time.

Please note that holidays, promotional events, or sales may result in extended processing and shipping times.

Occasionally, an item may become backordered or temporarily out of stock due to high order volume or inventory updates. In these cases, shipment of the affected item—or the entire order—may be delayed. Customers will be notified in advance if this occurs.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on fragrance samples or decants.

All niche and designer fragrance samples sold by AromaFlare are 100% guaranteed authentic, hand-decanted directly from the original manufacturer’s bottle. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot guarantee items once they have been opened or used. For this reason, all sample and decant sales are final.

New, manufacturer-packaged products (factory-sealed and unopened) are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging every order, shipping carriers can occasionally be rough on packages. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the details of the issue and include clear photos of the item as it arrived.

Replacements will be issued only after the damage has been verified.

Clear and accurate photos are required in order to process a replacement.
